Getting involved in 2009
If you have a strong passion for the silver screen, and if you are willing to
get involved with the French Film Club, we offer four ways to help:
Becoming a sponsor to the French Film Club is a great way to show your attachment
to the richness of the French cinema. No contribution is too small, and there
are different ways to help. We have financial partners, and we have partners that
help us make the Club a friendly place for everyone in the Valley. Have a look
at our
sponsor page to see who is contributing.
By becoming a Member and Sponsor, in addition to great Club benefits and privileges
you will be actively supporting our mission to keep French cinema and culture
alive and available in the Bay area. All members receive special invitations to
members-only Club events, and a mention of your name in the individual sponsor
page (unless declined). The different formulas of membership are described below:
- Sustainer Level Member ($25 - 1 year): One complimentary FFCPA movie ticket,
all other tickets at lowest listed price.
- Patron Level Member ($50 - 1 year): Two complimentary FFCPA movie tickets,
all other tickets at lowest listed price, guaranteed seating.
- Benefactor Level Member ($100 - 1year): Four FFCPA movie tickets, all other
tickets and lowest listed price
(guaranteed first 3 front row seating for all Members.)
The Club is run entirely by volunteers: volunteering is a fantastic way to help
out and be an active part of your favorite Club, to meet new friends and have
a fun time. You do not need to speak French to be part of the team and have a
great time! For more information about volunteering, send an email to

Finally, one of the most important way to help us is to simply tell us what you think, frankly and simply.
What you like, what you dislike, what you think could be improved about the CineClub.
We know that nothing is perfect, but we are striving to make your experience with us the most enjoyable possible.
So if you think we can do better, do what good friends do: tell us.
You can either
send an email to someone in the team, or just talk to one of us before or after the movie.
You can also send an email to our feedback drop box:
