The French Film Club of Palo Alto is proud to sponsor and help our friend Jean-Louis Milesi to produce his first film in America.

Remember, he came and presented two of his movies at the Club last March: Lino and Fragile

Jean-Louis Milesi is an award-winning writer/director who has garnered a number of international prizes.

Here, in his own words, is the core of his project today:

Dear friend,
I choose to make a movie off the beaten track. An entirely independent film. A funny, endearing and surprising ghost story for kids and their parents to be shot in the San Francisco Bay Area. An American adventure with a French Touch.

But because I'm a French director who wants to make a film in English in the US with his three sons in the staring role, no matter how I'm well-known, even with a great script, I have a bit more difficulty financing it then a comedy with Ben Stiller.

Max and the FFCPA are backers of my film.
You can become one too.
